Objective of System
Online Exam Portal System is a web based application that is developed using PHP and MySQL. The Objective of Exam Portal System is to develop a web based application using which various college, schools and training centres can take online examination of their students. It provides the facility of managing exam schedule and questions. It also provides instant result after completion of examination.

Existing System
Currently examination system in various shhols and college is manual. If any school or college decides to take an exam which includes multiple choice questions they have to prepare a question paper which contains multiple choice questions. They have to take printout of prepared question paper for each students. It also requires appointment of supervisor in each class room. After completion of examination subject teacher has to evaluate each question paper which takes lots of time in result preperation.

Need For New System
In order to solve the disadvantages of existing system a new system is proposed which is online. It is going to be developed in PHP and MySQL. Following are the advantage of New System:

(3) Online management of students
(4) Exam is conducted online
(5) Instant result preperation
(6) Saving of time and paper resources
Thus, we can say that New System is fully dynamic and , time saving and requires less man power as compared to existing System
